Make sure you buy land or lease land that is marked as Verified on Shambamap. Shambamap Registered Lawyers, Shambamap Registered Surveyors, and Shambamap Registered Valuers make sure that the land verified on Shambamap has the least related common governance risks as possible. Only Shambamap Service Providers can mark land as verified on Shambamap. Ask your lawyers, surveyors, and valuers to be registered on Shambamap and to verify the land you want to buy or lease on Shambamap. Before you ask the land seller to make sure that they arrange with the surveyor to add land on Shambamap, for example, before subdividing, the land seller must ask the surveyor to submit all Shapefiles, specifically with web defined WGS84 CRS, to Shambamap.
